Ingredients of Rava Mango Cake
- It's 3/4 Cup of Rava.
- It's 1/4 Cup of Maida.
- You need 1/2 TBS of Baking Powder.
- Prepare Pinch of eadable Soda.
- You need as needed of Mixed Dry fruits (Optional).
- You need 1/2 cup of powdered Sugar (As per taste).
- It's 1/2 cup of Mango pulp(No adding water while making Mango pulp).
- It's of Milk as per requirement for making batter.
- It's as needed of Ghee for greasing.
- You need as needed of Maida for spreading in a cake tin.
- You need Pinch of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Mango pieces for garnishing.
- It's 1 tsp of Butter.
Rava Mango Cake step by step
- Take all the ingredients in different bowls.
- Mix Rava,Maida and mango pulp in a bowl and rest for approx 20-25 Min.
- After resting add other ingredients i.e Baking powder,dry fruits, Soda.
- Preheat pan or Aluminum Kadhai with salt in it and place a stand on it..
- Take the cake tin and place butter on it and grease it. I have taken simple steel tin and greased it with ghee and sprinkled Maida..
- Pour cake batter in it garnish with dry fruits and let it bake for approx 30 min..
- Check it with a knife or tooth pick,if it comes out clean cake is ready or else let it bake more for 10 mins.
- Garnish with small Mango pieces..
