- Prepare 2 cup of bread flour.

- It's 1 cup of + 2 TBSP warm water (115 degree F.).

- Add olive + salt; add more flour as needed until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and forms a ball..
- Place in a deep-floured bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set in a draft free spot to rise..
My basic dough recipe is based on classic pizza crust. Bread flour makes for a chewier crust than all-purpose flour, and overall yields better results so I highly recommend it. With a few ingredients and a couple of hours you'll be 'da bomb' and the whole family will forget about that local pizza joint down the block! Homemade pizza tastes so much better than the supermarket version. Plus you only need four ingredients for the dough!
