Ingredients of Wheat Pizza
- Prepare for of Pizza Base--.
- It's 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour.
- It's 1/8 tsp of baking soda.
- It's 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- You need 1/4 cup of curd.
- Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare for of Topping.
- It's 1 cup of Veggies(onion, tomato, capsicum yellow & green, baby corn).
- It's 1-2 tsp of jalapeno (green and red) based on choice.
- It's 1 cup of Cheese mozzarella(as per choice you can take less also).
- It's 1 tsp of herbs.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- You need As per taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tsp of pizza sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of butter.
Wheat Pizza instructions
- First mix well the pizza base ingredients apart from curd. Now add curd and Knead soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- Now divide into two or three parts, depends how much thickness you want. (I like thin crust so I divided into three parts).
- Now roll it like chapati and prick this pizza base with the help of fork. In pan add salt in bottom and the stand and one plate, now preheat this and once it's hot grease and place pizza base on it..
- Cook for 10-12 minute on medium flame from one side. Follow same process for rest of the base. (Only one side you have to cook).
- Now first spared butter, then spread the pizza sauce, I added lil cheese and all veggies, jalapeno and herbs and chilli flakes and again cheese..
- I did topping on the cooked side, it's your choice you can do on any side..
- I used same pan with salted bottom to cook pizza. So cover and cook, once cheese is melted remove the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes crispy..
- Take it out, cut and enjoy your pizza!!!!.
