- Prepare 4 of eggs, separated.
- You need 3 dozen of ladyfingers.
Chocolate Mousse Cake instructions
- Melt chocolate, sugar & cold water together over low heat.
- Add vanilla & set aside to cool.
- Cream butter & powered sugar then fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Beat in 4 egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites in separate bowl then fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- Line 8inch square pan with the ladyfingers on the bottom & sides of pan.
- pour filling over ladyfingers & place more ladyfingers on top. place in the refrigerator several hours.
